HP OpenView网络节点管理器（OV NNM）是HP公司开发和维护的网络管理系统软件，具有强大的网络节点管理功能。

Hewlett-Packard (HP) OpenView多个产品（包括Performance Manager, Performance Agent, Reporter, Operations, Operations Manager, Service Quality Manager, Network Node Manager, Business Process Insight, Dashboard, Performance Insight）的OpenView Shared Trace服务存在安全漏洞，该服务监听在TCP端口5053(ovtrcsvc.exe)和TCP 5051上(OVTrace.exe)，opcode处理程序0x1a、0x0f处理特制的数据后可触发此漏洞执行任意代码。
